The website redirects all non-www traffic to the www version, but I've specified the www domain in the configuration, so that shouldn't be a problem. Any ideas?

Looks like the problem has been resolved by entering a local IP into the server address configuration. Strange as I tried this yesterday, but today it worked. Maybe something to do with DNS propagation as it's a new site.
