Google Webmaster or Bing Webmaster or Both?

I have subscribed to the pro service 50,000 pages. I have added my new sitemap to google webmaster. It is in the process of indexing. I did not see a procedure or step to add the new sitemap to bing webmaster (previously yahoo webmaster). Is this recommended or is the google webmaster enough or does your ping take care of bing? Which is the best way to proceed?

both google and bing are pinged when sitemap is creasted, but verifying your sitemap subdomain is currently supported for google webmaster account. Bing will be added soon too.

at this point you can send us the BingSiteAuth.xml file from your Bing webmaster account via email: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/contact.html
