only 387 pages indexed out of 80,000+ ? Why no error messages to troubleshoot??

I bought the unlimited version after being sold on all the "unlimited crawling" promises. I am sorely disappointed to see that the crawler halts at several hundred pages with no error messages to tell me what went wrong.

Must all my pages be accessible from the homepage in order for the crawler to be able to find them? eg. If I have a page that is an orphan page and not linked to from any of my live pages, will the generator find it?

there must be a way for generator crawler to find your pages (not necessary directly from homepage, but by "clicking" links starting from it)
