Nothing showing in sitemap.xml on website but look like has run on generator

Hi, I bought sitemap generator yesterday and have tried running it twice. The first time it didn;t run properly but the second time haveing amended the "Save sitemap to:" appears to have completed as I can see data when looking at the generator screens but there is nothing in the sitemap.xml on my website.

Our url is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. I see you have asked others for a password can you confirm which password you require to look into this please.

the "Save sitemap to" setting must point to a sitemap.xml path in domain root.
