Which Files To Update?

In the thread New Sitemap Generator V 6.0 released you say:-

You basically just need to upload all new generator files, overwriting existing ones. Your configuration will remain unchanged.

Can you explain in a little more detail the exact files that should be overwritten, or the files in the new version package that should not be uploaded.

I use my own design for the report and dont want this overwritten when I upgrade, same for the configuration.
