Friendly URL not indexed, help

Hi there,
When previously indexed my site using Google free service, the number of pages indexed was 490. However, i created friendly URLs to be able to index more pages of the site contents. Now that i purchased Google's generator, my friendly URLs links still not indexed. Please help.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting from homepage?
