No FTP I log directly on to server to make changes

Hey I have used the standalone generator in the past on other sites I have designed.

A new site I am working on doesn't have FTP setup yet and I am in the process of recovering the password.

How can I set up the generator while logged directly into Windows 2003 server.  I have the generator folder in the public html and the blank sitemap and ror.xml files.  I try to change the file permissions like the installation documentation states.

In case of windows server you need to define permissions via hosting control panel or via remote desktop (allow write access to IUSR_* usergroup)
