Only homepage is indexed

I appear to have no problem when using the free online generator but when I use the unlimited version I cannot get past the first page.

I have added the  [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] 's ip address which is 208.68.237.169 to crawl because if I leave it blank an error is created.

The site is reading from a database on another server and that may be the problem but can't understand why the free online version seems to stroll throug the pages.
