V5 to V6 issue

V5 creates the sitemaps without a problem, but when I try and run V6 it starts timing out mid-way through.

I have upped max execution time and memory in my php.ini but it seems to have had no effect. It hangs/times out when it it is scanning the same file each time.

Any thoughts?
