Virtuemart - How to Exclude Certain Levels

We have excluded "manufacturer_id", which has significantly cut down on the pages crawled.  Trying to exclude the "ask a questions about . ." pages, as these are doubling our entire sitemap.  Any ideas is recommended.  THX.
