Phantom Broken Links

I have installed the latest version on a new site which is based on Wordpress platform using a professional theme. I have 16 broken links that I cannot find. Other apps - like xenu sleuth - do not find these links.  They start off like a regular URL then end is something like %20+%20selectedArray[selectedIndex].href%20+%20'
I can find this in the generated source and it seems to come from a JS scripte related to fancy box.  but they are not ordinary links on a page you can click and get an error message. With xenu sleuth i only get 2 broken links related to the rss feed because i am not using posts - just pages.

Has anyone else ever had anything like this?

you can add "selectedArray" in "Exclude URLs" setting to avoid this.
