indexing stopping at 64 pages (out of 200+ on site)

Using generator at [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]  - - while running I see it going through pages in my subdirectory [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ], but in the end it only lists the home page (index.php) in the sitemap.

If I use the free limited generator, all 209 pages in the [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] directory show up on the sitemap.

I ran the SE Bot Simulator and it only 'sees' the index.php page, and shows no internal links at all to the other pages.

I am befuddled. I've tried various settings and changes without improvement, I see the pages go flying by in the generator active window, but they are not added to the sitemaps.
