Submit Only Video Sitemap Items To Google Webmaster Tools

I'm using your php sitemap generator for video sitemaps only, but when I submit the video sitemap to google, it says I'm submitting 165 web items along with my 171 video items.

Can I have it submit only the video items? I already have a separate sitemap that submits my web items and I don't want to duplicate that.

According to video sitemaps specification, it must include the links to pages that contain embedded videos:
[ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
