[Ask] about intall XML-Sitemap-Generator

before i'am sorry for newbie question, i'am new here
I want ask about installation this tools,
I have install this tools at my hosting, but i see in progress CPU Usage 100/100% . Iam afraid if my hosting suspend.
So i have question, are this tools can install at localhost with conection internet?
or any solution please,

i want ask again, in progress crawling page scanned : 65000 and my space hosting was up, in sitemap.xml file in the root still 0kb ? whereis url sitemap ?
