Some issue with sitemap

Hi i have installed sitemap generator unlimited on my host, i having these issue
- when i start crawler, sometimes it stuck and appaer a white box with: Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

- if i run at background it start when i quit it stuck
i have generated my sitemap by resuming more than 10 times (great result)

I tried also to test cron job it give me this error
/bin/rbash: /usr/bin/php/var/www/vhosts/sanitariacamporomano.com/httpdocs/sitemap/runcrawl.php: restricted: cannot specify `/' in command names

what i have to do?

my server is linux
memory_limit = 128 MB 
max_execution_time = 90 sec

already resolved, you can close this post, i contacted my farm, automated crawl, and normal work well!
