Creating a sitemap with multiple URLs

I admin a site that uses a CMS that uses a Multi-Site Manager. There are 9+ URLs that use the same CMS install and work off the same database.

Is there a way to create a sitemap using multiple URLs in this instance? Thanks.

sitemap can contain URLs from the same domain only.
