creating sitemap manually.

hello everybody!i am new in this and the only thing i want to know is that:What does include a sitemap file? All files under a subfolder or all links in a specific webpage?

Unless you forbid certain folders or directories it creates a hyperlink map for your entire site...hence the term "sitemap generator". It's literal.
