Google Webmaster says errors in sitemap files

Hello:
I am using the latest standalone generator (I think vers 6).
When google downloaded the sitemap files, it show that there are numerous 404 errors due to improper links in the sitemap files (sitemap.xml.gz, mobile_sitemap.html.gz, and sitemap.html). The offending urls look like so:
[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]/www.domain.com

Somehow, sitemap generator is attaching an additional [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] at the end (or in front).
