Pro service not crawling all pages

I first used the free version to crawl my website and it correctly crawled 500 pages. After I bought the Pro version to have a complete crawl it's only finding 20

I have the same problem. I use the free version to crawl my website and it correctly crawled 500 pages first but after tow generate, it have crawl only 70 page and index only 9
