Changing Host Server

I moved my existing site files to a new host. The domain name remained the same [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]. Do I need to reinstall or install a new sitemap code if the current one is still in folder? Do I need to notify Google in some way?

Try to open it in browser and submit to google:
