broken link

My latest report from [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] says I have a broken link to "contact.htm" somewhere on my [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] site.  The area that usually says where it is referred from is blank.  I have personally searched my entire site for such a link as well as searching with my software editor "Expression Web 4"  and I cannot find a mention of a "contact.htm" occurrence.  Where do I look or what am I missing?
