site is in subfolder of root, where to install

I just purchased the generator/ rss feed / image / and install (this was as a backup, I would like to install myself if it's as simple as it looks)

my store is installed to: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

i have other files in [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] that i don't need/want to be indexed. 

if i install to [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] will that work properly?

Hello,

you can install generator in any folder, you will just specify /sub/sub/ as Starting URL for generator and it will NOT index anything on *upper* levels.
