Standalone - 403 Forbidden Error

First, I apologize for posting here, but the Forum, "Bug reporting for Standalone Sitemap Generator" would not allow be start a new topic.

I installed the Standalone version and I'm getting a 403 Forbidden error when I try to run the script.  Looking at the server error logs I see the following error:

Match of "beginsWith http://%{SERVER_NAME}/" against "MATCHED_VAR" required.

Any idea on a solution to this error?

Are yo getting this error when you try to open generator in browser?

The Generator's Configuration page loads fine.  I get the error when I click "Save" to run the script.

Please try to empty "Send "weblogUpdate" type of Ping Notification to:" setting.
