Large site but only 26 pages???

I am kind of new to this. I just purchased the unlimited sitemap generator. I have a site that is large (over 500 pages made in the history of the site) and I cannot figure out why the generator only shows 26 pages. Can someone please let me know if I am doing something wrong. Thanks.
