Problem with OScommerce and Products

I am struggling with the options ...
At the Moment I have unstabel results (not all products crawled)

1. I do not understand the diffrents with:

"Exclude URLs" and the "Add directly in sitemap (do not parse) URLs:" Option:

I think the filter should look like this: (so a product is only once in the sitemap...)

When I start crawling ...I only get some products.... not all...

tried diffrent options....never get the right xml.
