\data subdirectory doesn't transfer with Filezilla WIN7PRO

Filezilla works fine, drag and drop, \generator directory.  But doesn't have \data subdirectory.  If I go to site side, click on \generator, and select "add directory"  I can type in "data", but nothing shows up.  Checking site, there's no [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]\generator URL.  Any advice?

Hello.  OK, after spending about 2 hours back and forth with storesonline support, they concluded they didn't know how to help me.  So I went back to you guys and ordered the installation add-in.  I sent back my ftp info, and now what's next?
