ping Bing doesn't work

Hi,
I''ve setup a crontab to run the script runcrawl.php

Further ping is turned on
eg. Ping Search Engines when generation is done

From the Google webmaster tools it shows that the xml map is updated but
it doesn't show an update under the Bing webmaster tools.

Perhaps the ping address for Bing is incorrect.

Any ideas
