Error in SiteMap

Hello,

When I try to open a site map I  generated.
I get an error that says:

This page contains the following errors:
error on line 1 at column 1: Encoding error
Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.
* see attached screenshot.

The only change I made was to exclude urls on my blog.

Please notify me ASAP.

I just removed the exclude urls parameter I set up and I am still having the same issue.


I need this fixed quickly because I am having an error in google webmaster tools.

This is terrible support, this is negatively affecting me in google and bing.
