Should I get all individual on my sitemap

Hello,

I have a dating site. Should I set up on the sitemap to get all pages? For example, I have pages from 1 to 400, each page breaks down to 10 pages, and continue...

Is that good to get all deep pages or just list first 10 pages?

it depends on specific case, for the very large site it would be sufficient to have a "roadmap" with main pages, while for smaller sites it's better to have all pages added in sitemap.
