Sitemap Errors

I resubmitted sitemap to google, XML format. Getting error message:

Invalid at the top level of the document. Error processing resource '[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ];. Line 1, P...

  <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

I have used your sitemap generator in the past with great success. I have done everything exactly as I have done in the past.

Is there a problem with the tool?

Hello,

as I see, you have manually added xml content into the file. Instead, you should download xml file to you computer and upload it to your host (do NOT edit it).

This worked. I have never had a problem before copy and pasting.
