crawling does not end

Hello,
I just bought the unlimited stand alone sitemap generator and i configured it alright and all it does is, it just stays on same level for days and i got frustrasted after running it few times. It just says crawling in progress and it does not add anymore page. Is there anything i need to do to make it work better?

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
