Doesn't Index URLs with Parameters

My setup doesn't index any pages with parametersd in the URLs like
domain.com/this-page/?type=first

I even tried:
"Include ONLY" URLs: ?type=
and
"Parse ONLY" URLs: ?type=

Something else I need to set?
