Sitemap Blocked

First 5-6 times the sitemap generator worked
But from 2-3 days... the sitemap generator is blocked at:

"Pages added to sitemap: 371
Pages scanned: 521 (15,065.0 KB)
Pages left: 1853 (+ 0 queued for the next depth level)
Time passed: 0:03:51
Time left: 0:13:43
Memory usage: 3,267.9 Kb"

My website has 371 pages.
After it reach to 371 the generator stucks..

First times (when the generator worked) the  pages added to the sitemap were added in 18-20 min, now in 3 minutes the generator adds all the pages (370-375) and it stucks like you see in the copy paste...

Which is the problem?

I used two days ago the sitemap generator to create html, ror and xml sitemap 5-6 times in row because I deleted a page or something and I wanted a new perfect sitemap.. and after that the 7th time it craked..
