sitemap_images.xml parsing error in google wm tools

I recently discovered an error in my google webmastertools in my sitemap_images.xml

It says 'parsing error' and 'We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.'

The error is in line 111: '<image:caption>Fittings & Stoppers</image:caption>'

Already recreated the sitemap and resubmit, but this error still appears.
Could someone tell me what this could be.
