Has htaccess mod rewrite PHP to html in directory, could that be a problem?

looks like you are using [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] as starting URL, while this page points to [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]. It must be either www or non-www domain in all cases (i.e. domain should match exactly) according with sitemaps protocol.
