Not sure why I can't get completed sitemap.

I read installation and configuration and started the crawl.  Most times it just stalls.  This is the most information I have gotten so far.  What did I do wrong?

I can't even get the crawled pages into the xml.  Help please.

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

Hi, the server manager said he increased the those two things in the php file.  Still not getting the program to work.  I tried changing a bunch of config files on the program but only ever got a result when I set the program to scan for only 200 pages.  If I increase the limit I do not get any results.  I asked the server manager to increase the php file more and now I am getting a 500 server error problem.

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

I followed the steps of the install and I'm very frustrated with what I paid for.  Please help.

Listen, this is BS.  I paid for a program and I don't get shit.  Expect a chargeback.

Having exact details on the error could have helped in resolving the issue.
