Only creating the homepage in my sitemap using mod-rewrite URLS?

I have installed the sitemap generator properly and have used it on many other sites without problems. I have tried to install it on my new site that is an agregator site, pulling info from eBay and and creating html SEO friendly pages on my site, ideally, I want these pages built into my sitemap, but it will only build 1 page, the homepage only.

Is there a trick to this? When I use the free online version, I am getting the maximum 500 pages built into the sitemap, the unlimited version, however, is not doing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
