Server Error 500 - Internal server error.

I just started getting the following error:

Server Error
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

It's been working great until today. Any ideas on what I might be able to do to get the generator running again?

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
