Does this script work on addon domains

Hello,

I tried to load this script on an addon domain, but it didn't work. It shows 500 internal errors after 1 or 2 minutes. Then, I increased the memory and execution time at php.ini 10 times. I also increase memory on sitemap to 512, but when I opened to run it, it showed up the same screen for hours.

I am not sure if this script works on addone domain because on the config file, I have:
/home/maindomain/public_html/addondomain.com/sitemap.xml
