Error while retrieving the url specified

I just purchased the sitemap software installed it on my server as instructions specified. I followed all the setup instructions (created sitemap and ror xml files, set permissions to both files to 666, set permissions to /generator/data to 777).  I can access the /generator folder on my site but when I go to start crawling the site I receive this error message
There was an error while retrieving the URL specified: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
HTTP Code:
HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently

I know that is where my site is on the server because when I type [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] on my site that page shows up.  What am I doing wrong/ how do I get this program to work?

oh by the way I ran a manual crawler rather than a cron job setup.  I assume I would have the same results either way but have not tried a cron job setup because I am not sure what that is or how to do it. Also my front page is a wordpress page if that makes any difference

please try to use [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] as starting URL.
