Crawling from behind a proxy server when hosted on IIS 7

Hi, I hope someone can assist me...

    I have been running XML Sitemap for a number of years without problems, but recently I have had to move the installation to a different server. The new server only has access to the internet via a proxy server. I have installed and configured to tool to do what I want, but cannot get it to communicate through the proxy server (crawling sites on the local domain functions correctly).

   Does anyone know how to achieve this please? (IIS 7 on Windows 2008 R2)
