sitemap_image and sitemap_video not works

Hello,
i have purchased the unlimited sitemap generator.
My website to crawl is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
The sitemap is ok, but the image sitemap and video sitemap is empty.
Can you help me please? i have purchased this product only for the video and image sitemap :-(

Note that only videos from this sources can be detected by sitemap generator bot:

YouTube, Google Video, Vimeo, Dailymotion, MTV

(since they provide API that allow to get video details like play duration/thumbnail etc)
