XML tag error in images sitemap

Hi,
I got this error in my images sitemap....now google ignores this and gives this error??
How can this be fixed?

Missing XML tag
This required tag is missing. Please add it and resubmit.
Example: Parent tag: urlset   Tag: url
Error in line:12

If I check my source url I see only this??:

looks like there are no images included in sitemap. Are there any images hosted on the same domain as the website?
