rss feed has entries, but the page needs styling - where do I start?

Hi, I purchased the rss feed add-on, the site map function works well, and I activated the Create rss and it creates 19 pages. But when I click the link to view the feed, there is nothing there except the message: 'This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.'

Am I doing something wrong?

make sure that you have 666 permissions for feed_rss.xml file.
