Error 500 generating my site map

I've just installed XML Sitemaps and I'm getting Internal error 500 after some time running it.
I'm attaching log file..

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.

Thanks for replying.
I was able to solve this. I was getting errors due to apache module mod_fcgi not working correctly. I was able to tune this and now it seems to be working fine.
