Crawler giving 404 errors when pages can be seen

I just installed the Unlimited Sitemap Generator so I can index all of my pages, but is coming up with 404 errors for all the pages but the index and a few others.  When I run the Free Online Sitemap Generator it finds all of the links but not on the one I installed on our server.

Is there a setting I am missing?  We are using joomla and have turned on seo friendly linking.  Could that cause it to not see it?  How can I work around this?
