Very Large Sitemap Line Number 1, Column 1

Hi
I am trying to generate a 600K page sitemap. I have done a 1M previously with this program, I am halfway through and getting Line Number 1, Column 1. Is this something to worry about or do I need to start again.

Hello,

please note that sitemap is created only when the crawling process is completely finished, you won't be able to see sitemap in the middle of it.
