Bug crawling script when detect a 404 script

Hello, we have experienced a bug in the crawling script while running.
When the crawling script detects a 404 script (which is given by us with valid 404 header status) displays the 404 page in the status box of the running script.
We have searched for an issue in our script when redirecting to 404 page (also tried to use 301 status but no success).
