Over 2000 pages - 151 in sitemap

My sitemap is doing strange things. Firstly it is only generating 151 pages - there are over 2000 pages. Generator at https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ stops at 500 which is to be expected.

Maybe not related - firefox and safari is showing odd looking sitemap - chrome and IE is good
