New on Standalone Sitemap Generator

I have registered for Standalone Sitemap Generator. Now that I have got a download generator. I have uploaded it on FTP but I want to be clear here Do I need to add the generator on each of my website FTP as I have around 50+ websites with 10000+ links in each.
I have tested it on one FTP by this i was able to make that particular website Sitemap.
Please tell me do i need to configure generator on all FTP's

yes, generator is installed on the website it will be used for.

Thanks for the reply I have installed the generator on each ftp
for ex [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Its working fine for me on each website, but when i tried making a sitemap.xml i received an error message for each
Error - The process has been interrupted (Time limit exceeded - 9000 - 9001)
Below is the snapshot too.
Please guide me soon

you need to increases Maximum running time setting in generator configuration.
